Innovawide as a Media Partner in Covering the “Mediation in Qatar and the Region” Seminar 2025

The “Mediation in Qatar and the Region” seminar, organized by the Qatari Lawyers Association on January 28, 2025, at the Pullman Hotel – West Bay, witnessed the participation of a distinguished group of lawyers, legal experts, and specialists. The seminar served as an important professional platform for discussing the current state of mediation and the directions for its development at both the local and regional levels.

In this context, Innovawide was keen to participate in covering this event as a media partner, in implementation of the terms of the agreement with the Association. The seminar also addressed the importance of leveraging mediation mechanisms to accelerate dispute resolution procedures and reduce the burden on courts, while highlighting key challenges and obstacles facing the legal sector in applying mediation models, as well as the need to strengthen the legislative and institutional environment supporting this approach.
