Innovawide Participates in Organizing the Corporate Law Forum 2025 in Qatar

Innovawide for Smart Solutions (InnovaWide) participated on Wednesday, December 03, 2025, at 9:00 AM, at The Ritz-Carlton – Doha, in organizing the first edition of the Corporate Law Forum 2025. The forum is considered a leading legal gathering in Qatar and the Gulf, aimed at exchanging expertise and developing legal practices related to the joint-stock companies sector.

The forum witnessed a distinguished attendance of elite lawyers, academics, and decision-makers, who discussed practical challenges related to corporate law, labor law, arbitration, and governance. The discussions also explored practical solutions that contribute to enhancing the efficiency of legal departments and strengthening regulatory compliance within institutions, in line with state policies and the aspirations of the business environment.

The forum addressed multiple themes focused on developing the legal work environment within joint-stock companies and improving compliance and governance frameworks. It also highlighted opportunities for institutional transformation through the use of digital tools in legal procedures, contributing to higher service quality, improved risk management and legal file handling, and more effective decision-making mechanisms within organizations.

As part of the forum’s agenda, the third session was dedicated to discussing case management within entities and institutions. During this session, key practices and challenges related to organizing case workflows, managing documents and legal memoranda, and coordinating efforts between legal departments and law firms were addressed—ensuring more efficient case handling and more effective outcomes at both operational and follow-up levels.

The session featured participation from:

• Mr. Youssef Ibrahim (Director of Legal Affairs at Qatar Central Securities Depository).
• Counsel Dr. Moataz Al-Helaly (Counsel at the Administrative Prosecution Authority in Egypt – Director of the Judicial Training Center in Egypt).
• Mr. El-Sayed Gomaa Hussein (Systems Analysis Expert and Consultant – Technical Projects Manager at Innovawide for Smart Solutions).

The session also witnessed a notable contribution from Innovawide, where Mr. El-Sayed Gomaa Hussein delivered a specialized presentation on mechanisms for managing relationships between legal departments and law firms in case management. The presentation was based on a smart operations perspective, system integration, and improving the flow of data and documents among relevant stakeholders—contributing to enhanced performance efficiency within legal institutions and achieving the highest levels of governance and oversight.
